Six of us for six weeks. The Collective is your weekly, bespoke gathering of like-minded people who’ve decided that reinvention isn’t a one-off - it’s a practice. Here you train your mind in the company of others through breathwork, reflection, peer insight and collective momentum. It’s where community becomes the launch pad for change - where you explore, experiment and evolve together.

In the Studio, you step beyond the ordinary. This is a 1:1 immersive session designed to train the mind. Over two hours, you move through deep states of consciousness to release old patterns, reclaim clarity, and open space for reinvention. You arrive as you are and leave rewired - with sharper focus, renewed creativity, and a quiet inner strength that leads to transformation.

You’ll learn to move past limits, see opportunities where others see obstacles, and harness your inner resources in ways that feel energising and empowering.
Step into a practice that transforms how you think, feel, and perform. Design the life you’ve been imagining — strong, resilient, unstoppable. Every session leaves you with practical tools you can use immediately, strengthening your mind to thrive in both work and life.
Thematic, in person sessions run monthly and last three hours. You can join for a single deep-dive session or commit to a block of three or six for a more continuous journey.

This is a small, immersive group experience designed to help you rewire your thinking, unlock creativity, and strengthen mental resilience. Over six weeks, a carefully curated group of six like-minded individuals co-create a space for exploration, experimentation, and transformation - sharing perspectives, learning from one another, and building skills that go beyond theory.
This isn’t coaching in the traditional sense - it’s an active, collaborative practice where science-backed mental fitness techniques are woven into every session. These include conscious connected breathwork, visualisation, reframing, perspective switching, scenario simulation, emotion tracking, reflection, and goal setting.
The work goes deeper than mindset. It strengthens the brain–heart connection - the neural pathways that link emotional intelligence and cognitive performance. When this connection is tuned, it enhances focus, creativity, and emotional resilience, allowing for more integrated, intelligent choices.
The Collective isn’t about networking - it’s about genuine growth through shared practice. It’s a space to explore new perspectives, rewire old patterns, and anchor change within a supportive community. You leave each session grounded, inspired, and more attuned to the signals of both heart and mind.
The next programme begins in January 2026. Cohorts are limited to six participants and meet online over six consecutive weeks.

This is a private, co-created experience designed to help you think differently, feel deeply, and lead from greater alignment.
Over six tailored sessions across three months, we work together to explore your mental patterns, reframe limits, and strengthen the connection between your brain and heart- the system that drives clarity, creativity, and emotional balance. Each session is designed around your individual context, challenges, and goals, creating a journey that is as practical as it is transformative.
This isn’t traditional coaching - it’s an immersive, science-informed practice that draws on conscious connected breathwork, visualisation, somatic awareness, reframing, perspective switching, scenario simulation, emotion tracking, and intention setting. These techniques help rewire neural pathways, unlock creativity, and cultivate resilience from the inside out.
The work in the Studio is deep and personal. You learn to access your full intelligence - body, heart and mind working as one - so you can navigate complexity with more ease, purpose, and presence.
You leave each session grounded, sharper, and equipped with tools you can apply immediately to the way you think, decide, and show up in life and work.
I only work with three individuals at a time, in person or online. New spots open in January 2026.
