My journey, re:invented
-
I’ve reinvented myself more times than I can count — through change, loss, and renewal. It taught me that resilience isn’t born; it’s built. Now, I’m here because I believe everyone deserves the tools to find that kind of strength.
-
I’ve spent my life crossing borders — countries, careers, identities. I’ve led teams, driven change, and learned what it takes to stay steady under pressure. Every chapter taught me about quiet strength — the kind that lets you think clearly, act decisively, and perform at your best even when things get intense.
When life tested me with profound loss, I realised I had been building mental strength all along. It’s not just about staying steady — it’s about unlocking potential, sharpening focus, and moving with clarity. My mission now is simple: to help others do the same, so they can perform, create, and thrive in any situation.

I grew up in an underserved area of a developing country, a place that taught me early how to face challenges and make the most of every chance. That mindset carried me around the world, shaping a career as a global corporate leader and, eventually, leading me to found Re:Inventa. I’m a Latin woman, an immigrant, a mother, and someone who has reinvented herself more times than she can count.
For years, I thrived in high-pressure environments, staying calm through complexity. But when I suddenly lost my husband after a short cancer battle, everything shifted. That moment revealed what truly defines me — the ability to stay centred in chaos, move with purpose, and remain grounded when life hits hard. It also awakened a calling I couldn’t ignore: to share the tools that make this possible.
That experience gave me clarity, purpose, and a deep sense of responsibility. I realised mental fitness isn’t something we’re born with — it’s something we build. The same tools that helped me rebuild my life now shape my work: simple, science-backed practices that strengthen emotional agility, creativity, clarity, and agency. Through Re:Inventa, I help organisations, individuals, and communities rewire how they respond to challenge, build real resilience, and create space to perform, grow, and thrive — no matter the storm.

My work has spanned healthcare, food and drink, tech, e-commerce, banking, and energy — in roles covering strategy, sustainability, procurement, finance, and operations.
Today, I’m a senior sustainability director at global biopharma company, leading the company’s environmental stewardship strategy worldwide. I also sit on the boards of two respected environmental charities.
I hold degrees from Cambridge, Edinburgh, San Diego State, UFRJ and PUC-Rio.
Outside corporate life, I’m a certified, trauma-informed psychosomatic facilitator — accredited by the International Breathwork Foundation and the Complementary Medical Association.
Born and raised in Brazil, fluent in English, Portuguese and forever curious in Spanish, I’ve built a life around connection, reinvention, and learning to thrive in new environments.
